Sunny Lu

Sunny Lu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University where he studied Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2002. After his graduation, Sunny took a job with Nestor, an information, technology and services company that worked toward cutting costs for their client’s.

Netstor pioneered the vehicle tracking and stolen vehicle recovery industry in South Africa in 1994.

Sunny left Nestor after 3 years and started a new job as an IT Infrastructure Manager at 3M China. Sunny worked here for nearly 4 years before moving to Bacardi China where he worked as an IT manager for a period of one year before moving to his final paid job at Louis Vuitton China in 2010.

Sunny Lu wanted to create something unique in the world of blockchain. His quest led him into exploring blockchain business applications to solve business issues using blockchain technology.

He Launched his first major work Vechain (VET) in 2015.
