Giancarlo Cudrig

Head of Capital Markets Meld Ventures

Giancarlo is the Head of Capital Markets at Meld Ventures.

He has a background in Investment Banking, where he worked within Institutional Sales & Trading teams, across desks in Sydney, London, Singapore and New York. He has extensive experience advising clients such as Hedge Funds, Superannuation Funds, SWFs and Central Banks on FX and Fixed Income strategy. In his role as Director of FX Trading, he was responsible for market-making and proprietary trading across a range of cash and derivative products, including FX and interest rates.

A Web3 enthusiast, Giancarlo is also an avid crypto art collector, curator and trader. He has founded and advised on a range of blockchain projects, including co-producing several IRL NFT events and music festivals, which leveraged off his experience as a DJ and music producer. Giancarlo is passionate about building and investing in DeFi and Web3 ecosystems.
