Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. After graduating in Electronic Engineering he started working in Spain, the Czech Republic and Portugal in international projects in the world of information technology.
He returned to Italy in 2002 and founded Azatec, a System Integrator and Cloud Managed Service Provider, where he currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In recent years, he has also co-founded companies and launched projects in the Digital Marketing and Communication sector.
In 2017, he became passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain world and subsequently founded BLOCKCHAINITALIA.IO, a training, services and consultancy company in the Blockchain field, which launched Dedit.io a platform for the ‘notarisation’ with multi-signature of any type of document on different Blockchains, and italianwonders.io a tokenization platform for the art world.
In July 2018, he founded BLOCKCHAIN FORUM ITALIA, the first Italian trade fair in the sector, which had its first edition on 7 November 2018.
On 29 January 2019 he was elected President of Italia4Blockchain, the first trade association for the study, dissemination and promotion of blockchain technology in Italy. In August of the same year he was included in the “Top 100 FinTech Leaders and influencers in Italy” list and in January 2020 in Startup Italia’s TOP Blockchain Influencers list.
He is a member of the Working Group on Education within the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA) set up by the European Commission.
Founding member of the Italian Digital SME Alliance. He has been a speaker at several conferences and events, including international ones such as the 29th edition of the Krynica Economic Forum in Poland in September 2019.
Lecturer in the Blockchain Innovation Manager training courses promoted by Italia4blockchain; other lectures for IFOA – Blockchain and the Agrifood Supply Chain, LUM University on Blockchain and the World of Pharma, course in Economic and Law Digital Assets at the University of Florence by BABEL; Lecturer in the Master Napoli Fintech Lab at the University of Naples Parthenope – Blockchain in Finance; Lecturer in the Master Blockchain Economy and Cryptoasset at the University Mercatorum.
Member of the CHAISE Expert Advisory Board : Chaise Blockchain skills group of European experts in the Blockchain field, to provide technical and scientific support and assess the progress and results of the European Blockchain Skills Strategy : Blockchain Skills for Europe.
