Domenico Ponticelli specializes in international and financial product taxation and advises on tax issues related to private equity, real estate and M&A transactions.
He advises Italian and multinational clients on a wide range of tax issues with particular reference to financial intermediaries. He also advises high net worth individuals on investment structuring, asset rationalization and generational transition.
Prior to joining the Firm, Domenico was a partner at Studio Di Tanno Associati, with which he worked since 2001. Domenico is a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of AIFI and the International Fiscal Association.

Domenico graduated in Law from the University of Bari and has been a Chartered Accountant since 2001.

He speaks Italian and English.
