Aurora Agostini graduated in Law from the University of Trento and is a registered lawyer in Milan.

Aurora assists clients in all areas of IT, intellectual property and new technology law, with broad expertise in data protection and privacy aspects. Its work focuses on compliance measures, such as procedures and documentation required by the GDPR, assessment of the legal basis for processing, digital compliance (e.g. cookies), privacy policies, responding to complaints and exercising rights, and cross-border data transfers.

Aurora also provides consulting related to e-commerce, online applications, cloud-based and outsourcing services.

Aurora spent a secondment at one of the largest payment system operators in Europe.
